Pathway to Perception release guided meditation CD’s, MP3’s and DVD’s that relieve stress, create harmony and balance, and help to bring your mind and body into a state of deep relaxation where healing can take place.

Throughout the Pathway to Perception range of guided meditation and power exchange CD ‘s, MP3’s and DVD’s the common theme of soothing spoken word dialogue and beautifully crafted musical soundtracks in ever present. The spoken word dialogue, (performed by Anton Dolencic - Meditation Teacher and Spiritual Healer), guides the listener through an initial breath control technique. Rhythmic breath control is the key to mastering the art of meditation. Deep rhythmic breathing slows the heart rate, relaxes muscles, focuses the mind and directly activates the process of deep relaxation for healing to take place. Each guided meditation and power exchange release commence with a rhythmic breathing exercise that will relax the mind and body in preparation for the coming journey. The listener is then guided to beautiful locations where the healing and power exchange processes take place. Here you will experience love, comfort and guidance elevating your soul to a higher level of understanding. The musical sound track that accompanies each guided meditation, (written and performed by Eddie Katz), are specifically written for each particular piece and it’s descriptive location. The music mimics the subject matter perfectly which enhances the guided journey making the experience exotic and realistic for the listener.

I have just listened to your meditation c.d and it is brilliant, the best I have heard and I own about 30 guided meditations. I think the background music that you use in Kingdom of the Sun is so amazing and blends so well with your voice. For some reason I feel very connected to this meditation, I have never felt this before.
